Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products being handmade and small batch, we generally do not accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged or broken during transit, we are happy to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. This helps us inform the mailing carrier and process your request.
Once reviewed, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
Body Butter Texture Changes
Our body butters are made with natural ingredients and no preservatives or stabilizers, which means they may soften or melt during warmer shipping conditions.
If your body butter melts during transit, this does not affect the amount or quality of the product, and refunds will not be issued for this reason.
To restore the texture, you can:
- Place the butter in the refrigerator to firm
- Rewhip it if you prefer a fluffy texture
The nourishing benefits and ingredients remain the same.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or wellness products
Sea Moss
Due to the nature of food and wellness products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sea moss once it has been opened or used.
If your sea moss arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue and assist with a replacement if necessary.
Because sea moss is a wildcrafted natural product, variations in color, size, and texture may occur. These natural differences do not affect the quality or benefits of the product.
