Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 working days for us to prepare your curated order. Each item is made and packaged with care in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

Once your order has been prepared, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Handmade Products

All of our products are homemade and made without preservatives or additives. Because of this, natural changes in temperature and environment may affect the texture of certain products.

Our body butters, for example, may soften or change texture during warmer conditions. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

If this happens, you can:

• Place the product in the refrigerator to firm it back up
• Rewhip the butter if you prefer a fluffier texture

 

Warm Weather Shipping

To help maintain product quality during transit, ice packs are included with body butter orders when necessary to help prevent melting.

Because our products are made with natural ingredients, slight variations in texture can still occur depending on shipping conditions.

 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
